A Design and Build project to provide a new BMW Mini Dealership within Woolwich’s new Royal Arsenal Quarters.

The scheme consisted of a fast track 13 week fit out programme of an existing retail unit. Work included providing a new structural slab designed within the existing buildings capability, New M&E services, Sprinkler systems, and internal partitions and finishes.
