Richard Bates

Commercial Director

Richard Bates has 10 years of construction experience; six years working for a principal contractor and four years for a construction consultancy. Richard has been involved in a variety of projects ranging from student accommodation and automotive showrooms, to high-end residential, hospitality and leisure schemes, including overseeing commercial teams for framework agreements up to the value of £100m. Notable recent projects include Wentworth Golf Club, Stratford One, and Jaguar Land Rover.

Richard has a BSc honours in Quantity Surveying.
